Probably not one of the best Gibson designs aesthetically but this guitar has really surprised us not only with its great playability and equally surprising loud acoustic tone, but plugged in the single coil pickup really suites the thin line hollow body giving a sweet rounded amplified acoustic tone. The guitar is essentially a 125t in dimensions and construction but with a surface mount single coil pickup and control assembly. It has a 43mm nut width and is 24 3/4″ scale. The guitar is in very good all original condition with some attractive flame to the maple top and has had one owner since the early 1980’s All in all it represents great value and a very useable vintage guitar.
