1980’s Fender Japan Telecaster TL 62 Candy Apple Red
A nice example of the ever popular Fender Japan bound Telecaster in Candy Apple Red. This one has had a 6 saddle bridge installed to improve intonation over the stock 3 saddle therefor losing the A series serial #. But by its features the guitar is a mid 80’s example. Its had other pickups installed along the way and currently has a set of Fender player series Telecaster pickups installed with the neck pickup being hung from the guard for ease of adjustment. The guitar has seen some use over the years with some wear to the finish, mainly on the body in the form a chips and scrapes. However the neck is un scathed and the frets are in superb condition, and with a newly installed Tusq nut plays really well up and down the neck with a beautiful rich Rosewood fingerboard that these Japanese guitars always seem to have. Comes with a period Fender ABS case.
