Here we have an awesome Fender Telecaster Deluxe in sunburst finish weighing in at a very respectable 8 lbs or 3.7 kg. The guitar is completely original including the electronics and features 2 Fender wide range humbucking pickups which both read a balanced hair over 10K ohms with the Les Paul type control layout and a contoured body. Its almost half way between a hard tail Stratocaster and a Telecaster. The finish is in good condition for its years but does have various light checking and dings mainly confined to the edges of the guitar. The frets are in good shape with some minor light wear to the first 3 positions and it plays well up and down the neck with no issues. Mid 1970’s CBS Fender guitars continue to offer good value in the vintage market and beginning to rise. With ever increasing new prices they represents a future proof appreciating purchase. Comes with its original Fender tolex case.
