1967 Gibson ES 330 TD

Here we have a great opportunity to acquire a fabulous player grade 1960″s Gibson Es 330. This one, although having had an easy life has had some pickup experimentation in the past, namely its had humucker’s fitted at some point in the past resulting in enlarged pickup cavities and of course extra pickup ring screw holes. The majority of this is covered by the black p90 pickup spacers. It’s been returned to its original P90 spec with after market pickups, not sure what they are but they sound good. Its also had different tuners on at some point and currently wears some recent Gibson Deluxe tuners which work nicely. The truss rod cover has been replaced along with the control knobs which are aged Gibson replacements. The pick guard and bracket is also a replacement.  The good news is the guitar plays amazingly well on its original frets with hardly any wear, and surprisingly has a roomy for the period 40 mm nut. It has a Gibson Patent # bridge  and has had a 1960’s Selmer B6 Bigsby tail piece fitted. The original finish is still deep and vibrant with light age related checking throughout the guitar. Comes in a thin line 1970’s Gibson case
