Here we have a superb Jose Vilapalana classical guitar the same model/batch that was recently sold at Christies from the Dave Gilmour collection.

The guitar features superb matched Brazilian rosewood back and sides, headstock overlay with a cedar top giving a warm balanced tone with a clear defined bass.

One owner from new and purchased in 1979 from Ivor Mairants in London

The guitar has the lightest of normal overall wear for its years with just some arm wear on the top bout edge worth noting and pictured

Its also worth noting that this guitar model and year is the same as owned by Dave Gilmour (His was #58) and recently sold at Christies for $100,000
