1962 -1965 Gibson Patent Humbucker Matched Set
Opportunity to acquire a matched set of Gibson’s legendary patent pickups. Patents from this period are arguably and reliably a better sounding pick up than the preceding 1957-61 PAFs. The covers have both been removed and both are chrome so either the covers are not original to the pickups or they are the last before T tops appear in mid 1965. The original windings can be seen and the tails have not been shortened. The neck reads 7.06 K ohms and the bridge 7.11K Both patent stickers are present along with all the correct tooling marks from the period. A perfect set for your project!
