What would this cost to make in todays market!? the attention to detail and craftsmanship on this top of the line Philadelphia made SS Stewart is nothing short of remarkable. It features fine marquetry inlays to the inside of the rim and engraving to the external perimeter. The pearl inlays to the headstock and board are breathtaking and really “pop” against the ebony board and the carving to the heel of the neck just adds to the air of uniqueness and quality. The banjo features a 10 1/2′” pot and a 26 1/4 scale length with Gotha tuners. Serial # is 18613 stamped under the adjustable neck fastener. The instrument is well set up and the frets are in good condition making for a pleasant playing experience.
